EXPORT OF UKRAINIAN VENTILATION EQUIPMENT Issues:
-
It is unprofitable to maintain your own foreign trade department
-
Goods customs clearance took a lot of time
-
Difficulties in obtaining permits (CT1 certificate) for each batch of goods, because there were small quantities of components from China and Europe
BACKGROUND
-
Our Client, a Ukrainian manufacturing company, experienced difficulties in the rapid export clearance of regular batches of its products at customs
-
A very long and difficult procedure for obtaining the CT1 certificate at the CCI certification center, which is necessary for the Buyer for duty-free customs clearance on its territory, led to delays in delivery and negatively affected the image of the Ukrainian company. The recipient, by itself, was not delighted with the additional costs that could have been avoided at the stage of paperwork by the Ukrainian side
WORKS DONE
-
We prepare and coordinate a package of documents for each batch of exported goods, which allows our broker to process deliveries within 4 hours max
-
We have developed and organized the collection of all necessary documentation to confirm the country of origin of the goods - Ukraine. Now the receipt of the CT1 certificate at the Chamber of Commerce takes place in advance of delivery and takes 3-5 days for each batch of goods, while the Recipient no longer has difficulties with obtaining preferences for duty- free import of products and idle transport at customs in Ukraine
