BACKGROUND

Our Client, a Ukrainian manufacturing company, experienced difficulties in the rapid export clearance of regular batches of its products at customs
A very long and difficult procedure for obtaining the CT1 certificate at the CCI certification center, which is necessary for the Buyer for duty-free customs clearance on its territory, led to delays in delivery and negatively affected the image of the Ukrainian company. The recipient, by itself, was not delighted with the additional costs that could have been avoided at the stage of paperwork by the Ukrainian side

Now the receipt of the CT1 certificate at the Chamber of Commerce takes place in advance of delivery and takes 3-5 days for each batch of goods, while the Recipient no longer has difficulties with obtaining preferences for duty- free import of products and idle transport at customs in Ukraine
